Leadership Indianapolis

Current Programs

Leadership Indianapolis is actively developing programs to enhance the continuum of community leadership. Our current program offerings include:

Emerging community leaders have the opportunity to become more effective in their community leadership through the distinguished Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series® (SKL®).  Generously funded by The Lacy Foundation, the SKL series helps emerging community leaders become more informed about community issues, more motivated to get involved in addressing those issues, and more effective in their service to our community.    Our LEAD program is designed for emerging and experienced civic leaders who want to be more effective in their community leadership endeavors.  Throughout our five sessions, we help our participants develop and hone the key skills necessary to achieving success in the civic arena, and provide the opportunity to practice them.  Program is offered once annually and offers open enrollment. Learn more.
Opportunity Indianapolis is a unique two-day program that offers an introduction to the places, leaders, and issues of Indianapolis.  We'll hop on a bus for a field trip around town to meet with community leaders and discuss current issues including public safety, education, arts and culture, and sports.  We will also learn about opportunities for getting more involved in addressing these issues.  Program is offered twice annually and offers open enrollment.  Learn more
Upon completion of any of the programs, we invite graduates to consider investing in Leadership Indianapolis to stay connected with other alumni and class participants, up to date on current issues and have the opportunity to attend exclusive events. Register for programs here.  Questions?  Please contact us via email or at 317.860.3670.
